Task Five
●SAVAGE ME●
Welcome to your fifth task. Design an outfit using the aesthetic known as PRIMITIVISM as a direct inspiration. “Primitivism” is less an aesthetic movement than a sensibility or cultural attitude that either emulates or aspires to recreate "primitive" experience. It is a motif that can be presented as an individual perspective or a personal reflection on what feels primitive. I will allow the use of furni, handitems and effects on this task if you wish to make use of them. Good luck designers`*+

I'm glad someone decided to use furni this week. The textures on the hat piece give this outfit the primordial feel that would otherwise be lacking if it was in outfit only. The graphic on the garment is in direct cohesion and balance with the headpiece and the overall shape
of the outfit is the best one I've seen so far.

I can clearly see the inspiration you took in the tone of the paintings done in this movement. I wouldn't call this silhouette intriguing but it is a great canvas for the palette. This could be considered controversial and costumey on first glance but the more you analyze this the less obvious it becomes. My favourite bit is the subtle hue changes on some colours. it makes the outfit much more timeless

This is a more obvious outfit than I would have liked it to be. I wouldn't mind hints of this primal caveman-y feel to it but not done in such obvious ways. That aside I thoroughly enjoy the palette, textures and the silhouette of this.

You grasped this task better than most. Managing a primeval attitude with such a simple graphic is quite extraordinary. This is also one of the few examples of this season where the skin tone has a huge effect in how the outfit is perceived. Impressive week.

I have to say I'm a bit confused with your direction this week. I'm all for subtle primitive hints I just wish the rest of the outfit wasn't so.. tailored.
If the juxtaposition was your goal this week I feel like it could have been presented in a better manner. Maybe adding more primal aspects to it like a bone-y headpiece or something.
Overall this an unrelieved creation that had a lot of potential.

You're on the way to becoming the next hokage. Too bad this is a fashion game and not a naruto rp. Jokes aside i am struggling to find a primordial impression on this outfit. The silouette is too clean and tailored with a palette that just doesn't
work together.

I can see a lot of potential with this outfit. You were on the right track just not quite there yet. I really enjoy the different textures and hues of the beige. They have a great flow throughout the outfit I just don't think it was the right choice to pair it with gore this week. It does make a compelling palette but not for this particular task.
