Task One

SALTY SEAMEN

Welcome designers. Your first task is pretty straightforward. Taking   inspiration from the nautical aesthetic, I want you to create   a piece showcasing your personal style and talent. This will give me a   grasp of your potential and talent for the rest of the game. Keep in   mind, skin tone, face and hair can be changed with each task so   don't  limit yourself on that count. Good luck designers`*+

xenid

A very true to the Xenid brand outfit with a palette that stands out from your peers. I wouldn't call this the most innovative of the bunch but it holds its own charm. Keep experimenting and show us a bolder more direct side of Xenid.

A bold new approach to habbo fashion with an interesting play on shape and texture. I do like the attitude but I think you should pay more attention to balance and overall composition. I find this lacking in corralling the headpiece with the softness of the outfit.

A charming take on the nautical aesthetic  The idea behind this is interesting to the eye and the overall attitude is a good start for this game.

That being said, I believe the overall  outfit could have been pushed into an exemplary piece for this task.

A fitting palette and attitude. Those are the only things I can praise you with on this outfit. I think you misunderstood the task in general because this was not a bathing suit task. Thats not the main cause of my discord. The layering and overall silouette falls short and fails to compete with your peers.

I can say without a doubt that this is a Barbuda design. You have a unique way of composing shapes and textures. You even used a dreaded necklace in the most perfect way possible. Can't wait to see what you're gonna bring to this season.

A very strong starting outfit that sets the bar for the rest of the designers.

A straightforward but unique composition of textures with appropriate detailing throughout.

An exemplary outfit that sets you as a fierce competior not to be underestimated.

This does not read nautical at first glance. But the more you analyze this outfit the more apparent  your unique take on nautical aesthetic is.

The palette and the various details on torso bring charm to this outfit. Keep surprising me.

I do enjoy a more commercial take on the nautical aspect of this task. Greatly balanced with a striking palette, you're starting this season with a great attitude. I do feel like you could have made the nauticality more obvious though.

An obvious Snawl™ design. Very true to your brand. Maybe a bit too much if you ask me. The idea is great overall but I need you to push yourself and give us an adaptive Snawl. I do enjoy the juxtaposition of the simple fisherman jacket with the organic fusion on the skirt. I believe you could have pushed this way further though.

Retirement has been good on your creative juices. This is a new bold (bald?) neverseen before Corlay with lots of attitude. A straightforward composition and palette with the most charming shoe choice. Can't wait to see more of this new take on Habbo fashion.

You know me, I enjoy an out of the box approach to a task more than anyone. This is very original to your brand and personality. Fascinating silhouette and overall tone. What I find it lacking is in the colours. With the right colours this could have been pushed way more.

We part with the talented designer  ,cow,

I am a huge fan of your creations but unfortunately this was not your  season.

Congratulations   Barbuda  on your first win. It's clear that i'm rewarding the designs that push the envelope and bring a breath of fresh air to habbo fashion. I want you all to reflect on this in your future designs. best of luck.
